Screen Printing: Each color in a design will require its own individual screen.
Each screen is a one-time fee of $20 per design / imprint location. (ie. A back print and left chest print require separate screens as they are completely different sizes)
Embroidery: Each design needs to be digitized by our embroidery dept. Digitizing fees are $40 per design and is a one time fee unless the design changes in size by 15%

To keep things streamlined, we only accept quotes and orders through email to: firstname.lastname@example.org *Please note we try to respond to all emails within 24-36 business hours, some responses may take longer.
We prefer to handle all payments through our online system utilizing a Bank Transfer (no fee) or Credit Card (2.5% fee). We can also accept checks, cash or Bitcoin. Please email us for any payment related questions.
Screen Printing: We would prefer all provided artwork to at least have a resolution of 300dpi, sized to scale, or be in a resizable vector file format. We accept most formats including: Photoshop(.PSD), Illustrator(.Ai), EPS, PDF, PNG, TIFF, High Resolution JPGS
High-End Art Separation Fee or “Simulated Process Fee”; We have an $80.00 art separation fee for high-end elaborate art designs. Separating designs or “creating stencils/screen” from designs that have a lot of small details, gradients, etc is a specialized and time consuming process.
Embroidery: We would prefer all provided artwork to be in a resizable vector file format. We accept the following formats: Illustrator (Ai), EPS, PDF, High Resolution JPGS *Some designs will not work for embroidery. We may have suggestions to simplify the image or remove small details/text.
Unfortunately, we are not available to produce 1-off physical samples. Please email us to discuss additional options that may be available.
We prefer and recommend that you provide a self-made mock-up or a mock-up from your art designer. If you need us to create the mock-up there will be a per mock-up charge of $10.00. Once payment has been made, we will create the mock-up(s) and email them to you within 1-business day. We can offer one free revision per mock; additional charges will apply for additional revisions. If you place an order within 5-business days from receiving the mock-up(s), this fee will be applied as credit to your final invoice.
Print size and print placement will be matched to the mockup(s) unless specific information is provided. Otherwise, we will create a general print size and match the print placement as best as we can to the mockup. IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC DIMENSIONS PLEASE LET US KNOW AT THE TIME OF ARTWORK SUBMISSION. As well, if you have had a design printed previously with another printer please provide us with as much information about that print as possible as we cannot match a print we are unaware of.

In most cases we will not accept customer supplied garments for a variety of reasons. Please email us regarding your specific situation.
We offer plastisol, water-base and discharge printing.
There is currently no price difference in the usage of these 3 ink types, they are included in the standard per-garment pricing we offer.
Water-base and Discharge do have some limitations and will not work for every design or garment type.
We do offer Specialty inks such as Shimmer Inks (+$0.50), Glitter Inks (+$0.50 and 2-Screen Fees), Neon Inks (+$0.15), and Glow in The Dark Inks (+$0.25).
Specialty inks have a 36-piece minimum per design for up to 2 print locations. Designs with more than 2 print locations have a 72-piece minimum.
Ink colors will be made to match your provided design(s). You may provide us with specific pantone colors/numbers for our ink department to match if required. Otherwise, we will match the ink colors as best as we can to the design(s) on our monitors. The pantones you see online will look different with every computer monitor.
