Plastisol Screen Printing

USE FOR: SOLID FEEL WITH A VIBRANT LOOK. (OR MEDIUM FEEL WITH A SLIGHTLY FADED LOOK)

Plastisol is the most commonly used ink in screen printing because of its versatility and ease of use. The ink sits on top of the garment vs. soaking into the fabric allowing the option for a very vibrant print on dark garments, but it can be modified to create a softer feeling print on lighter garments or a slightly faded and "textured" look on darker garments.

The most vibrant print needs may require an "underbase" stencil for a more solid print. This is very important with colors like Red that may look dull or even tonally darker when printed directly to the fabric.

Plastisol inks have the widest variety of specialty options and ready to use colors. PMS color matching is available and produces the better results than any other ink type.
